Throwback - Class trip to NIOSH,JB 2014

BarCamp Iskandar Puteri, Johor 2017LAWATAN ILMIAH INSTITUT KESELAMATAN DAN KESIHATAN PEKERJAAN NEGARA (NIOSH) CAWANGAN SELATAN

Today, I found a picture inside my hard disk. A picture with memories of our class trip during my degree (Bachelor of Computer Science (Software Engineering) with Honour from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM)). En Md Hakim Bin Abdul Hamid was our lecture for this course subject (BIC21102 - Etika Profesional dan Keselamatan Pekerjaan Seksyen 2). As far I remember, the trip visit was done around April 2014.

It all about exposure from profesional view of safety and health (OSH) and working ethics. I still remember that time I thought OSH could not possibly related with my career, LOL. Guess what, my thought was wrong. My current job are close related wih warehouse things. I been a lot at warehouse (project site) for development, comisioning and ramp-up support.

During this trip, it was first time I heard of carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS), which it often happen with someone who doing lot of computer job with mouse and keyboard. E.g; developer, designer and gamer. It a condition in which there is excessive pressure on the median nerve and lead to numbness, tingling, weakness, or muscle damage in the hand and fingers. It really bad and scary, don't you think so?

Not much to write down.. see ya!
